A2 Bilona Gir Cow Ghee
We make Kisan Bahadur’s A2 Bilona Ghee from pure Gir cow milk, and we work with trusted Gir cow farmers, personally vetted for quality and traditional methods. This is our tradition for over 50 years.
Every one-litre bottle of our ghee uses 25 to 30 litres of fresh A2 milk. We slowcraft it using the traditional Vedic Bilona method.
This gives you the experience, just as it was meant to be.
This is not mass-produced ghee.
It is made in small batches, with care, from trusted farms across Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan

How It Is Made
Our process begins with fresh A2 milk from Desi Gir cows. The milk is first cultured into curd, then hand-churned into makhan and finally transforms into rich, aromatic ghee.
This heritage process preserves every nutrient, enzyme and healthy fat that commercial ghee are destroying.
What Makes It Different:
• Hand-churned A2 Bilona Ghee from Desi Gir cows
• Each litre made from 25 to 30 litres of pure A2 milk
• 100% chemical-free and preservative-free
• FSSAI certified meets India’s highest food safety standards
• Our trusted Gir cow farmers have followed this tradition for over 50 years
• High smoke point and ideal for cooking, frying and tadka
• Naturally rich aroma and deep golden colour
• Small batch production and never mass manufactured
Why A2 Bilona Ghee?
A2 Bilona Ghee is different from regular ghee available in supermarkets. Industrial machines make regular ghee from A1 milk and strip away much of the natural nutrition.
We make our pure A2 ghee from Desi Gir cow milk. This milk has protein that is easier to digest and richer in nutrients.
The Bilona method retains natural vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin K2. Our ghee is naturally rich in healthy fats and compounds that support gut health, immunity and overall wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is A2 Bilona Ghee?
We make A2 Bilona Ghee from the milk of indigenous Desi cows like Gir, which produce only A2 beta-casein protein. The Bilona method hand-churns curd into butter and then slowly simmers it into ghee, preserving all natural nutrients.
What is the difference between A2 ghee and regular ghee?
Mass produced ghee is made from A1 milk using large machines.
In contrast, A2 Bilona Ghee is hand-churned from indigenous cow milk using the Vedic Bilona process.
It has more nutrients and gentler on digestion and free from industrial processing.
Is A2 Bilona Ghee good for health?
Yes. A2 Bilona Ghee is rich in vitamins and healthy fats. It supports digestion, immunity, skin health and natural energy. Because the traditional method makes it, its nutrients stay intact.
Why does A2 Bilona Ghee cost more?
Each litre of A2 Bilona Ghee needs higher amounts of pure A2 milk. It also takes much more time and effort than commercial ghee. The Bilona process is entirely hand-crafted so you are paying for genuine quality, not mass production.
